He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L Fraker and Thelma Fraker (Wright); and his sister Shirley Page. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Parker Wicht, EmmaJean Fraker and Jordyn Grant; his wife Helen Hazekamp; and his siblings, Roberta Clemons (David) and Richard Fraker (Lori). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; countless friends.
