He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Hoard and Nordah Hoard (Camfield); and his siblings, Lee Hoard and Norine Rundio. He is survived by: his wife Frances Lockwood; and his daughters, Nancy Ann Hoard and Jeanne Lynn Hoard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
