He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Riggs and Lucille Riggs (Smith); his wife Kay; his sister Cora Richards (Larry); his daughters, Cheryl Lewis (Mike), Brenda Riggs and Gwen Saulino (Charlie); his granddaughters, Meghan Turner (Michael), Miranda DeHaven (Garrett), Mackenzie Blaszak (Josh) and Hanna McNett; and his great grandchildren, Kendall, Cason, Wyatt, Graham, Everette and Elaina.
