He was predeceased by: his parents, Donovan J. Allen and Deween M. Allen (Clark); his brother Lee J. Allen; and his grandson Dean D. Allen. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, David G. Allen (Amanda) and Emilie J. Hill (Scott); his grandchildren, Kaylee J. Allen, Emma L. Allen and Arianna Linker; his sister-in-law Shelia Allen; his nephews, Brian Allen, Jay Allen and Mark Allen; and his close friends, Bruce, Cheryl Briney, Colleen Rexin, Fred Gemlich, Charlie Etter, Ross Chapman and Paul Davidoff.
