She was predeceased by: her mother Arlene Ashley (Merchant); and her sister Patricia Donaghe-Eager. She is survived by: her father James Ashley; her children, Ginny Welburn, Ashley Carter, Aaron Carter and Dan Welburn (Caitlyn Cornwell); her grandchildren, Seth Hoke, Kenadi, Averie, Hayden, Deagan Shepperd, Mason Carter and Benjamin Welburn; and her siblings, Evalyn Soderquist (Duane), Carla Gordon (Richard), Michael Ashley and James Ashley (Joyce). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
