He is survived by: his wife Nira Belle Watkins (Scarborough); his children, Charles Watkins (Barbara), Carol Watkins-Babcock (Steven) and Katherine Yoshida (James); and his grandchildren, Olivia Watkins, Michael Watkins, Nora Watkins, Stephen Yoshida and William Yoshida.
