It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert M. Tanja of Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on April 27, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Tanja (Formsma); his children, Judson Tanja, John Tanja (Elizabeth) and Kara Tanja; his grandchildren, Leo Tanja, Ruby June, Iris Tanja, Mitchell Tanja (Courtney) and Katherine Austin (Luke); and his brother Jon Tanja.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kalamazoo Christian School Association or Third Christian Reformed Church.
