He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lancaster and Elizabeth Barnes Lancaster. He is survived by: his wife Josie Keith Lancaster; his stepsons, Darryl Liggins (Joyce) and Eugene Liggins (Lisa); his daughters, Latricia Phillips, Rosalyn and Pratt (Tony); his siblings, Cleo, Angela, Tanya, Michelle, Marcellus (Jimmie) and Andre'; and his aunt Magnolia Pittman. He is also survived by 13 grandkids, 9 great grandkids.
