He is survived by: his parents, Ben Gustafson and Gladys Gustafson; his daughters, Cheryl Middleton (Jim), Sue Bombrys (Art), Corinne Hall (Kevin) and Julie Ermatinger (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Courtney Rizzo, Amy Matejcek, Shana, Nathan Bombrys, Alex and Andrew Ermatinger.
