He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Stickle (Denny) of Chicago, IL and Tamara Mack (Tom) of London, England; his grandchildren, Paige Stickle, Molly Mahoney (Daniel), Tommy Mack, Fletcher Mack and Spencer Mack; and his spouse Beverly Rose Bernard.
