We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2024, at the age of 95, Robert E. Newton (Kalamazoo, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Newton and Winifred Newton (Merreman); his grandson Martin Vaughn; and his siblings, Jean, Mary Lou, Donald, LeRoy, Richard and Winifred.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine (Perkins); and his children, R. Steven Newton (Deb Baird), David Newton (Doris), Liz Willis (Larry), Cathy Vaughn (Dan), Rebecca Emmons (Daniel) and Mark Newton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
