He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Bushouse and Josephine Bushouse (Karman); his daughter Wendalyn; his grandsons, Christopher and James Park; and his son-in-law David Park.

He is survived by: his son Brian Bushouse; his grandchildren, Heather Perkins (Al), Jennifer Schluter (Scott), Alan Park and Courtney Bushouse; his spouse Jeralyn A. Geelhoed; and his sisters, Edna Terry, Janet Holland (Marshall) and Linda Darner (Richard). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
