He is survived by: his wife Denise Doster; his son Nathan Davidoff; his siblings, Paul Davidoff (Judy) and Jane Rogers (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Karen Waclawik (Len), Jill Marcusse (Jim), Robert Doster (Georgina) and Mary Fillmore (Ben); his close friends, Doug Kirk, Rob Lando and Kent Fisher; and his caregivers, Sikiu and America (Leilah). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
