He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Copeland and Grace Copeland (Prindle); his sons, Bobby and Kevin Copeland; his stepdaughter Pamela Cordray; and his siblings, Colleen, Janet and Richard.

He is survived by: his daughters, Ruthann Norton (Kevin) and Debra Werner; his stepchildren, Deborah Lee, Julie Sutton (Russ) and John Lee (Teresa); and his sister Marsha Jowers. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Lung Association, c/o the funeral home.
