He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Cook and Betty Cook (Hartung); and his brother Tom Cook. He is survived by: his wife Carla Dreger; his children, Sera Gordon of Ft. Erie, ON, Mick Enders (Angie) of Portage and Eric Enders (Lindsey) of Portage; and his siblings, Debbie Snyder (Dan), Douglas Cook (Stacey), Joseph Cook (Kristi) and Jamie Stevens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and countless friends.

Memorial contributions may be given to Cheff Center, in c/o the funeral home.
