He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Casper and Gertrude Casper; his wife Donna Lance Carter; and his brother Jack Casper. He is survived by: his sister Midge Anderson of Georgia; his daughter Dorri Kahl (Terry) of Gobles; and his stepchildren, Mike Ziegler (Tami) of Portage, Rebecca Lance of Florida, Billi Brooks (Bobby) of Kalamazoo and Patricia Stafford (Tommy) of Indiana. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
