He is survived by: his wife Mary Velez; his sons, Delmarco and Jose DeLeon; his grandchildren, Delmarco, Nolan, Jenesis, De'Aarie and Ky'meir; his parents, Margaret Magallon and Simon Magallon; and his siblings, Daniel DeAnda (Alisha), Simona Magallon (Candice) and Jesus Magallon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
