He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lawrence and Mabel Smith Sr. (Hadquist); his wife Audrey Peltz; and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his children, Brad Kennedy (Carolyn), Tom Smitchols (Amy) and Jodi Haugen (Kevin Henry); his grandchildren, Joshua (Breanna Price), Jacob, Samantha, Nick Haugen, Anna Smitchols, Blake (Angela) and Mara Bernard; and his great grandchildren, Emerson and Max Bernard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
