He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Head and Daisy Head (Miller); his wife Linda Quackenbush; his children, Dan and April; his granddaughter Jordan; and his sisters, Shirley and Penny.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Zuydwegt (Henry) of Florida, Cindy King (Michael) of Three Rivers, Patricia Van Bruggen of Otsego, Michael Head of Otsego, Christopher Head (Tiffanie) of Parchment and Cheryl Head of Plainwell; his half-brother Jimmy; and his brother-in-law Robert Quackenbush (Charlene). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
