With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Vavla (Kalamazoo, Michigan), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 25, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Shefqet Vavla and Anna Vavla (Wolkenstein); and his wife Sadie M. Churchill. He is survived by: his children, David Vavla, Denise Vavla (Leonard Graff) and Daniel Vavla (Stormy Bullard); his grandchildren, Christopher Secondi, Stephanie Clark (John), Brandon Graff and Donna Land; his great grandchildren, Max, Bexley Secondi, Owen Graff, Allyssa, Emmet and Bella Land; and his daughter-in-law Mary Pochron-Secondi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
