It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Van Bruggen of Kalamazoo, Michigan, born in Fremont, Michigan, who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Klaas Bruggen and Trena Van Bruggen; his wife Myrtle; and his daughter-in-law Sheri Van Bruggen. He is survived by: his son Peter J. Van Bruggen (Emily); and his granddaughters, Lena of Kalamazoo and Jozina Van Bruggen of Kalamazoo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Peter's honor be made to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or Northeastern Baptist Church.
