He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Kemp and Katherine Kemp (Schrier); his brothers, Donald and Gene Kemp; and his brother-in-law William Murray.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Dykgraaf; his daughters, Paula Nagel (Jeff) and Debra Sciba (Mike); his grandchildren, Jessica Stelzer (Eric), Nathan Nagel and Kaylee Nagel; his great grandchild Brooks Stelzer; his siblings, Helen Murray and Dale Kemp (Dorothy); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Kemp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
