Patricia Carlin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Carlin (Kalamazoo, Michigan), who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her significant other English; and her siblings, Thomas Carlin, Janet Sorbo (David), Gerard Carlin (Shelly), Nancy Harla (James), Peter Carlin (Laura), Mary Jane Pasko (Randall) and Jacquelene Finegan (Timothy). She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a scholarship is being established with the Kalamazoo Foundation to honor Patricia by supporting future students who have a desire to enter the field of education/counseling/social work with a focus on social justice. In lieu of flowers, the family would encourage anyone interested to make a donation to the Patricia Carlin Scholarship to continue to fuel her mission of compassion, justice and healing.
