A memorial service is being arranged, with the date and time to be announced shortly. Patricia's final resting place will be at Grand Prairie Cemetery in Kalamazoo. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. in care of the funeral home.
Patricia, aged eighty, passed away on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Born in Flint, Michigan, on April 25, 1944, Patricia was the beloved daughter of Malcolm Raymond and Helen Alberta (French) Lago. On August 20, 1993, she entered into matrimony with Richard John Bach, who survives her. Patricia enjoyed a distinguished four-decade career as a purchaser, commencing her employment at the Stryker Corporation and subsequently at Humphrey Products. Pat was creative and had a keen eye for finding hidden treasures. She loved to go to tag sales, flea markets, thrift stores and garage sales. One of her many talents was her ability to sew anything from clothing to quilting. A sociable and vivacious individual, Patricia delighted in the company of friends, often engaging in laughter. During her leisure time, she liked playing cards, visiting casinos and loved to take road trips with Richard. Besides her devoted husband, Patricia is survived by her daughter, Shelly (Gregory) Pastor; her sons, Todd Norg and George (Stephanie) Norg; her grandchildren, Brandon Norg, Samantha Norg, Benjamin (Aubrey) Norg, George Norg Jr., Lauren Norg, Carter Norg, Cameron Pastor, and Adalynne Pastor; six cherished great-grandchildren; her siblings, Garnet Barkley, Jim Lago, Sally (Lago) McLeod, and Sue (Kevin) Kelly; numerous nieces and nephews; and a countless number of friends. Patricia was predeceased by her parents; a son, Timothy Norg; a grandson, Todd Birdsall; and brothers, Bruce Lago and Tom Lago.
