He is survived by: his adoptive mother Cheryl Stoltzner; his wife Kaila Stoltzner; his son Oliver Ray Stoltzner; his mother Cheryl "Cheri" Stoltzner; his sister Amy Stoltzner; his parents-in-law, Heather Sikkenga and Mark Sikkenga (Patti); his brother-in-law Nick Sikkenga; and also, Mike Hall and Alyssa Abraham.
