He is survived by: his children, David Cronkite (Karen) of Tinley Park, IL, Steven Cronkite (Deb) of Kalamazoo, Rick Cronkite (Sharon Pontius) of Kalamazoo, Rodney Cronkite (Wendy Cronkite-Ross) of Burlington, WI and Christie Cronkite-Sherson of Kalamazoo; his grandchildren, Keri Bottom (Kevin) of Tinley Park, IL, Kelli Rusnak (Dan) of Mokena, IL, Neal Cronkite (Jennifer) of Lansing, MI, Greg Cronkite (Kelley) of Portage, MI, Tyler Cronkite (Julia) of Berthoud, CO, Cameron Cronkite of Oaxaca and Mexico (Sierra Cronkite); and his great grandchildren, Rylan, Karly, Gavin Bottom, Grayden, Roan, Evie, Jude Rusnak, Ian, Jonah Cronkite, Charlie, Andrew Cronkite, Fielder and Clemens Cronkite.
