She is survived by: her husband John Boothby; her sons, Mark Boothby (Janelle) and Phillip Boothby (Julie); her grandchildren, Hannah, Jack, Ethan and Micah; and her siblings, Gary Hill and Kimberly Toth (Jeff). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
