Nancy Jean Decker Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Jean Decker of Kalamazoo, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Brown, Sr. (Mulhaupt); her husband Otto Decker; her son Paul Christopher Decker; her father Ralph Brown, Sr.; her siblings, Helen Brown Horn, Ralph Brown Jr. and John Brown; her in-laws, Otto Decker Sr., Frank and Marie Weitenauer; and her sisters-in-law, Joan Wales-Dixon and Delores Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, Anna Cowherd (Scott), Tony Decker (Monica Johnson), Mike Decker (Kathy), Melanie Boyd (Andy), Joe Decker (Karen) and Phil Decker (Emily). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (5855 East St, Vicksburg, MI 49097). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (409 S Main St, Vicksburg, MI 49097). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (5855 East St, Vicksburg, MI 49097).
