He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Van Dyk of Kalamazoo and Donna Collins of Kalamazoo; his stepmother Renea Van Dyk; his brother Jonah Van Dyk of Kalamazoo; his stepbrother Michael Bernick of Kalamazoo; his uncles, David and John Van Dyk of Kalamazoo; his aunt Bonnie Collins; his cousin Dinah Bluschke; his uncle Mike Collins; his cousins, Katelynn, Ryan and Meghan Collins; and his grandmother Jelene Van Dyk of Portage.
