He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen; and his parents, Kenneth Hall (Linda) and Dorothy Hall. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Hall and Amanda Akerley (Terry); his siblings, Patricia Hall and Steve Ray (Kathie); his nephews, Mike Parks (Terri) and Lance Conyne; and his niece Maya Ray.
