He is survived by: his parents, Diane Scafaria and Todd Sikkema (Pam); his siblings, Kari Holly, Keegan Orr (Danielle), Matt Sikkema (Kelsea) and Bradley Sikkema; and his nephew Roan Orr. He is also survived by many step-siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Brian Tumor Society.
