He was predeceased by: his parents, Max L. Sr. Johnson and Barbara Johnson; and his daughter Tammy Moses. He is survived by: his daughter Heidi Konik; his grandson Blake; and his sisters, Carol Moses (Jay Junker) and Nylene Page (Henry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial contributions may be given to Centrica Care Navigators Hospice, c/o the funeral home.
