He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Earl Sr. and Patsy Carol Voss (Ezra). He is survived by: his sister Dawn Davis; his nieces, Katrina Davis and Brittany McBride; and his great-nephews, Isaiah, Hunter, Roman, Jordan and Bentley.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice, in c/o the funeral home.
