He is survived by: his parents, Steven Andrews and Michelle Andrews; his daughters, Rae Lynn Andrews and Daisy; his sisters, Sarah and Jessica Andrews; his grandmother Delores Dearborn; his aunts and uncles, Laura Andrews, Joe Andrews (Cindy), Brian Andrews (Theresa), Mike Dearborn (Kathy), Terry Davidson (Eddie) and Kristie Dawley; and his cousins, J. R., Chase Dawley, Jake, Katie, Erik Dearborn, Megan Davidson, Alec and Alexis Andrews.
