He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Walter Moyer (Betty) and Anthony Kequom. He is survived by: his daughter Jadyn Kequom; his mother Debra Kequom; his siblings, Holly Kequom and Brooke Kequom (Josh Dixon); his grandmother Linda Kequom; his uncle Scott Moyer; his aunt Dawn Brady (Dan); his nieces, Hannah Kequom and Ava DeGroot; his cousins, Laura Wilson (Kevin), Erin Dey (Matt), Chad Brady (Kim), Ryan Brady and Brittnay Sky; and his friends, Travis Fettes, Jesse and Jerome Lindsey. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
