She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert Chappell; her son Adam Cook; and her great grandchildren, Robby and Dameon. She is survived by: her children, Sherry De Ruyscher (Gene), Brad Smith (Marsha), Mark Smith (Stephanie), Mary Brugh (Dave), Tim Taylor (Stephanie), Missy Mc Mahon (Dan) and Karen Hulse (Mark). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and several great and great great grandchildren.
