Mary Ann Cagle Obituary

Mary Ann (Olenick) Cagle passed away in the early morning hours of February 5, 2025. She was 57 years old.

Born on August 19, 1967, in Morristown, New Jersey to Frank and Lois (Renkel) Olenick, Mary Ann was the youngest of four children.

Mary Ann graduated from Roxbury High School, Class of 1985. She continued to reside in New Jersey until she moved to Michigan in 2002. In 2005, Mary Ann married Harold J. Cagle, or JC as he's known by his friends and family. Mary Ann and JC continued to reside in Portage, Michigan.

Mary Ann was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, as well as a huge Billy Joel fan. She absolutely loved her two dogs; Muppet and Stumpy. She also loved summer, thunderstorms, coffee, New Jersey bagels and pizza, and visiting her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mary Ann was predeceased by her brother, Frank Olenick.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Harold J. Cagle of Portage, Michigan; her brother, Michael Olenick and wife, Suzy of Budd Lake, NJ, brother, Mark Olenick and wife, Debra of Andover, NJ, and her sister-in-law, Marilyn Olenick of Mount Arlington, NJ. She is also survived by her three nieces, Carrie Ann, Michelle, and Amanda; great-nephews, Anthony, and Shane, and great-niece, Vanessa; and many cousins, and many great friends.
