He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Kreis and Shirley Kreis (Kastead); and his sister Gloria Curry. He is survived by: his former spouse Terry DeGoede; his pets, Ziggy, Gizmo and Dakota; his wife Joyce Yeager; his children, Mike Emmons (Sarah), Erica Emmons (Sam Fitzpatrick) and Desiree Campbell (Ryan Butler); his grandchildren, Cody, Shelby, Tait, Aidyn, Gavin, Blake and Rayland; his great grandchild Georgia; his sisters, Gail Russell (Rick), Janet Stack (Chuck), Julie Kreis (Mike Bailey), Anita Varga (Matt), Sue LaDuke and Virginia Blatchford (Tim); and his pet Kara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Centrica Care Navigators or the American Cancer Society.
