Marvin Downey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2021, at the age of 88, Marvin Downey (Kalamazoo, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Brian; his parents, Eugene and Lucille; his stepmother Wanda Downey; and his brothers, Gene, Thomas and Larry.

He is survived by: his siblings, Terry, Tim, Judy Grahek and Patricia Shaw; his sons, Larry Downey (Nancy) of Kalamazoo, Mark Downey of Kalamazoo and Garry Downey (Stephanie) of Brewerton, NY; and his grandchildren, Frank Downey (Wendy), Patty Gross (Bobby), Carmen Harris (Brian), James Croft (Erika), Megan Wight (Chris), Anna Croft, Sarah Crossway (Justin), Cecelia Downey, Kerry Downey, Sean Downey (Lindsay) and Alex Downey. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
