He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Underwood and Gertrude Elaine Underwood (Williams); his son Aaron Thompson; his siblings, Donna Fay Underwood, Kelly Underwood, Brenda Underwood and Nancy Williams; and his nephew Kenneth Underwood.
He is survived by: his wife Mindy; his son Tyler Kohler (Kelly); his grandson Benjamin Kohler; and his siblings, Peggy Dunigan, Kenneth Underwood and Stella Underwood.
