He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waite and Josephine Waite; and his sister Maria Waite. He is survived by: his wife Lin; his children, Lukas (Jacqueline Metheny) and Tyler (Ashlee); his grandchildren, Brantlee, Madelynn, Landon and Ember; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Quinlan (Tony), Kim Morgenstern (Doug Isokait) and Ruth Miller (Scott). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
