He was predeceased by: Shirley Ashbaugh. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Osinski and Lorraine Osinski (Miazek); his wife Vicki L. Ashbaugh; his children, Sydney Ann Osinski and Ryan Anthony Osinski; his siblings, Stephen Osinski (Amy), David Osinski (Anita), Diane Gammicchia (Joseph) and Cynthia Denis (Mark); his close friends, Kurt and Angie Kuppler; and also, Douglas Ashbaugh (Sue), Scott Ashbaugh (Kim), Rick Ashbaugh and Bob Ashbaugh (Leslie).
