He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Watson and Betty Jean Watson (Jackson). He is survived by: his children, Ryan Watson (Michelle) of Hartford, Benjamin Watson of Kalamazoo, Tracy Hartford (Glenn) and Robert Martin; his wife Clara Erb; and his siblings, Janis Doxtater, James Howard (Eva), Thomas Howard (Deb), Sharon Mayo (Bert), Marie Holmes (Steve) and Melinda Holmes (Ken). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and countless friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Kalamazoo Animal Rescue, c/o the funeral home.
