She is survived by: her children, Camilla Lenning (Doug), Curt (Lisa) and Todd (Jennifer); her stepdaughter Ann Brune (Doug); her husband Ferrel Stremler; her great grandchildren, Jacob Lenning (Karen), Elizabeth Burke (Dylan), Benjamin Lenning (Emily), Aaron Lenning (Peyton), Lydia Mei Lenning, Kylie Bader (Quinten), David DeKryger, Caleb DeKryger (Ella), William DeKryger (Natalie), Grant DeKryger, Luke DeKryger, Andrew DeKryger, Katherine Dobbs (Howie), Daniel Brune, Anneka, Jannette, Juliana, Jonathan Stremler, Isaiah, Mason Burke, Raegan Lenning, Ember Bader and Noah Timm-Lenning; her brothers, Dennis Brasser (Mary) and James Brasser (Suki); and her in-laws, Winifred Frazee (Wayne), Jim DeKryger (late Maxine), Jean Andree (late Kenneth), Inez Hawes (Donald), Harlean Stegink (Larry), Gretchen Feller (Ed), Aubin Stremler, Gordon Stremler (Marilyn) and Cheeta Stremler (late Virgil).
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heritage Christian Reformed Church (2857 S 11th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
