We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2022, at the age of 67, Marilyn Mittenthal of Kalamazoo, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Mittenthal and Joyce Janeway Mittenthal. She is survived by: her spouse Sandra Hagman; her children, Mara Mittenthal and Lindsey Mittenthal; her brothers, Robert Mittenthal (Lynn Thompson) of Seattle, WA, John Mittenthal (Kim) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Peter Mittenthal of Peacham, VT; and her nephews, Max and Jack Mittenthal.
In lieu of flowers, Dr. Mittenthal's family requests donations be made to Doctors Without Borders, (doctorswithoutborders.org) to support medical humanitarian assistance internationally, or the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conversancy (gtrlc.org) to support accessible nature trails, or the charity of one's choice.
