She was predeceased by: her parents, Turner R. Howard and Elsie L. Howard (Flagg); her brothers, Quentin (Lois) and Theodore Howard; her brothers-in-law, John Pike and Clarence Vito; her niece Sheryl Stiger (Ronald); and her great-nephew Bradley Midgett.

She is survived by: her sisters, Linda Leonard, Beverly Pike and Ruth Randall (Arthur); her sister-in-law Karen Howard; and her nieces and nephews, Pamela Waterman (Vern), Cynthia Howard, Wayne Howard (Danielle), Timothy Howard (Penny), Jeffrey Leonard, Tamara Boonstra, Steve Pike (Rinda), Joel Pike (Lynda), Christopher Pike (Theresa), Eric Vito (Thip), Keith Randall, Sheila Iverson (Chuck), Kimberly Carr (Clair), Michael Howard, Laura Scarbrough (Don) and Shelly Eaton. She is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews and three special children.
