He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; and his brothers, Dan and Larry. He is survived by: his children, Lambert, Lam, Janet, Sheri Lynne Aman (Jim), Alan Bolhuis and Bryan Bolhuis (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Jada and Zander; and his siblings, Stella Gosa and Henry Bolhuis (Linda).
