He was predeceased by: his father Dan Wayne. He is survived by: his mother Jean Lynn Sivley (Racine-Plunkett); his daughter Madison; his siblings, Dan Sivley Jr. (Tenille), Charlene Smith (Chad), Laurianna Sivley, Sgt. Bernardino Sivley, Patricia Sivley-Perkins, Jessica Sivley, Robert Sivley and Zackary Verburg; and his uncle Ron Hambright. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
