He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Blair and Ruby Blair (McCarty); and his close friends, Rose Brandt Blair and Luella Heselschwerdt. He is survived by: his children, Mike Hoover (Bethany), Linda Hansen (John), Al Brandt, Sandra Warfield (Bill), Laura Blair (Keith), Kevin Blair (Connie), Kendra Blair (Erik) and Karen Blair. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.
