He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel C. Lewis and Inez M. Lewis (Kendall); and also, Kathleen P. Lewis and Stuart R. Lewis. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen L. Ainslie (Paul) of Indianapolis and H. Gabrielle Lewis of Phoenix, AZ.; and his close friend Christina Lin.
